Derek Eason is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of clinical experience, working in the Intensive Care Unit prior to coming to Be Well Family Care. He traveled the country working as a travel RN. He worked in cardiac, medical, and neuro ICU’s. Additionally, Derek cared for patients during the heat of the covid pandemic.

Derek is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah and has made Arizona his home. He and his partner have been together for 7 years and have a small poodle named Gus. In his free time he can be found at the gym, by the pool, traveling, or helping with his partners healthy meal prep business.
