Derek Eason is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about hormone replacement therapy and preventative medicine. Derek has 10 years of clinical experience working in the Intensive Care Unit prior to coming to Be Well Family Care. He traveled the country working as a travel RN working in cardiac, medical, and neuro ICUs. Additionally, Derek cared for patients during the heat of the covid pandemic.
Derek is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah and has made Arizona his home. In his free time, he can be found at the gym, by the pool, or traveling to new destinations.
