Aida Sultanovic, FNP-C, brings more than 18 years of healthcare experience to Be Well Family Care, beginning her career as a medical assistant before becoming a registered nurse and now a Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham after completing undergraduate studies in psychology and neuroscience. Her professional experience includes primary care, sexual health, and travel nursing, caring for diverse patient populations across a variety of clinical settings.

Aida enjoys caring for patients of all ages, with special interests in women’s and sexual health. She values building long-term relationships with her patients and creating a welcoming, judgment-free environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and taking an active role in their care. She believes that kindness, compassion, and an occasional laugh can help make every visit a positive experience.

Outside of work, Aida enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, especially on the water, and exploring Arizona with her partner, Timmy, and their two dogs, Mylo and Audrey.
